We don't sell old, outdated, refurbished, used, or liquidated units. We offer the most popular and best performing AEDs on the market today with the latest in state of the art technology. Our units to you are brand new, factory sealed. We ship our AEDs as they come from the manufacturer. These are brand new from the factory, you can tell by manufacturing date and expiration labeled on batteries, electrodes or defibrillation pads, etc.
Return Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply ask for a refund or exchange, period. We believe in complete customer satisfaction. American AED offers a "30 day money back guarantee" on all purchases less shipping and handling
incurred.
All goods must be in new condition or a restocking fee of 15% of the value will be assessed. You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for any returns. Call our customer service department at 1-800-927-9917 for RMA instructions. Please note: disposable components such as electrode pads and batteries that have been used cannot be returned.
Shipping:
Free UPS shipping on all AEDs. All ordered items when in stock are shipped same day (orders in by 5:00pm eastern time) or within 24hrs excluding weekends and national holidays. In most cases, we ship via UPS ground or 3 Day Priority Select Service for faster delivery in the continental USA. Note: UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box, a physical address is required. Normal delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. UPS Next Day and 2 Day Air are available at an additional charge, please call to place your order by phone if you require these services. Sales Tax:
Orders shipping to addresses in Florida are charged a 6% sales tax. All other domestic orders are not charged sales tax.
Payments:
We gladly accept all major credit cards. We also accept P.O.'s (Purchase Orders) with net 30 days on approved credit.
Prepayments in the forms of checks and money orders are also accepted.
